Baymont By Wyndham Midland Tx Hotel

Excellent hotel with fast wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. I vividly remember how the staff returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a stress-free experience! I'm coming back for a xmas.

The woman who checked us in had excellent customer service. Super friendly and made the overall experience wonderful.

The pillows were a little uncomfortable other than that everything was great

Immaculately clean hotel, loved to be really close to many restaurants thanks to favourable location. The room was reasonably large with a good bed and with a comfortable bed. The staffs were helpful and the service was excellent. The food they offered was great, had variety of meals.

Clean staff, but needs a lot of work

The staff was super nice and the place was clean, but wow, the room really needed some TLC. Ice bucket was gross with a used bag, and the coffee maker was a bit of a disaster. No flavored creamers for coffee in the morning was a bummer. Definitely not the Hampton vibe I'm used to!

I can honestly say this was the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stay in before, from walking into the doors to going to bed at night. When I arrived, they didn't have my reservation in the system, even after giving them my reservation number. The gentlemen helping us acted putout to help. Once we got into our room I was shocked and embarrassed. I was in midland on business and had a client with me. Most Hampton Inns are known to be very nice. I thought the hotel was poorly kept. The beds looked as if the mattress was literally laying on the floor without a frame. The walls extremely thin, the ppl staying above us were extremely loud. Even after making a complaint, the problem was never resolved. Every morning the cleaning lady knocked on the door about 7:45 waiting for us the checkout although my room was booked for 3 days, but they still could never find me in the system. I'm still waiting to see just exactly what was charged on my credit card.

Would recommend for a lightning trip

Comfortable beds, clean breakfast area, free parking, nice for a stress-free start to the day, and the staff were very nice despite minor setbacks during breakfast.

No hot tub. No manager's special like at other hampton Inns. Staff didn't turn on the pool lights until we complained and then it took forever because she didn't know how. No pool towels available. The water for tea and hot chocolate was not hot. The waffle maker kept blowing a fuse and turning off all the electric in the breakfast area. No guide on the tv and the channel guide provided in the room didn't match with the actual channels on the tv. No microwave in room and when i asked if they could provide one they said no.

Comfy bed, nice-sized rooms.

The breakfast menu the days we were there was not really appetizing to us. We would have preferred scrambled eggs at least one day of the three. Also, a HUGE irritation is that our cards kept losing the ability to open our door. We would have to go back to the lobby and get new ones. Very inconvenient.

room was "ratty" - looked like it had been redone by an amateur "handy-man". bed was lumpy, sheets did not fit bed.bathroom had been retro-fitted to be "handicapped". a poor job. water splattered all over floor from shower, curtain was a foot too short.
